Brittney gives an emotionally charged overview of what her life has been like for the past two years. She struggles daily with the fact her life has been forever changed. A doctor frightened her into taking the Gardasil vaccine by telling her she could get an HPV through a "possible" lab accident at college - where her blood could mingle with someone elses who had an HPV. She was never told HPV's are sexually transmitted diseases, and having no other information, she allowed herself to be given a vaccine she never needed. Now she wishes the TRUTH to be told - more testing of this vaccine is warranted before another young woman is injured.

During a Republican debate in Tampa, Florida, presidential hopeful Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) alleged that campaign contributions from drug company Merck—the maker of Gardasil—played “a pivotal role in Rick Perry’s 2007 executive order that mandated teenage girls in Texas be inoculated against HPV,” CNN reports.

The order did not go into effect, however, as it was later overturned by the legislature.

Still, it’s hard to overlook the potential for undue influence and conflict of interest. Perry responded that the company gave only $5,000 to his campaign.

However, Merck has contributed:

• $28,500 to Perry’s gubernatorial campaigns since January 2001, and
• $377,500 to the Republican Governors Association (one of the largest backers of Perry’s campaigns)

Furthermore, CNN reported that:

“Perhaps more importantly, Perry’s friend, former chief of staff Mike Toomey, spun through the revolving door to become a lobbyist for Merck in Texas, a position he held at the time of the HPV-related executive order.

… Perry’s actions benefiting donors from the pharmaceutical industry don’t appear to stop with Merck.

For instance, drug-maker Novartis Pharmaceuticals has also contributed handsomely to the Republican Governors Association and it has also benefited from Perry’s support. Novartis has donated $700,000 to the RGA since January 2006, although it has only directly donated $5,000 to Perry’s own campaign. In 2009, Perry signed a bill into law mandating meningitis vaccines for all college students, a requirement he expanded again earlier this year.”

Part of the problem we face as parents is the lack of available choices available to us. We did not know that we could choose NOT to vaccinate. They (the medical community/government) NEVER EVER tell you about the option NOT to vaccinate. We were delighted when we finally discovered this option, and we enforced our right to say now immediately. Our children are now legally exempt from immunizations and vaccinations. You can do the same.

Since the flu pandemic was declared, there have been several so-called “vaccine experts” coming out of the wood work attempting to justify the effectiveness of vaccines. All of them parrot the same ridiculous historical and pseudoscientific perspectives of vaccinations which are easily squelched with the following 9 questions.

Claim: The study of vaccines, their historical record of achievements, effectiveness, safety and mechanism in humans are well understood and proven in scientific and medical circles.

Fact: The claim is completely false.

1. What to ask: Could you please provide one double-blind, placebo-controlled study that can prove the safety and effectiveness of vaccines?

2. What to ask: Could you please provide scientific evidence on ANY study which can confirm the long-term safety and effectiveness of vaccines?

3. What to ask: Could you please provide scientific evidence which can prove that disease reduction in any part of the world, at any point in history was attributable to inoculation of populations?

4. What to ask: Could you please explain how the safety and mechanism of vaccines in the human body are scientifically proven if their pharmacokinetics (the study of bodily absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of ingredients) are never examined
or analyzed in any vaccine study?

One of the most critical elements which defines the toxicity potential of any vaccine are its pharmacokinetic properties. Drug companies and health agencies refuse to consider the study, analysis or evaluation of the pharmacokinetic properties of any vaccine.

There is not one double-blind, placebo-controlled study in the history of vaccine development that has ever proven their safety, effectiveness or achievements (unless those achievements have underlined their damage to human health).

There are also no controlled studies completed in any country which have objectively proven that vaccines have had any direct or consequential effect on the reduction of any type of disease in any
part of the world.

Every single study that has ever attempted to validate the safety and effectiveness of vaccines has conclusively established carcinogenic, mutagenic, neurotoxic or fertility impairments, but they won’t address those.

Claim: Preservatives and chemical additives used in the manufacture of vaccines are safe and no studies have been linked or proven them unsafe for use in humans.

Fact: The claim is completely false.

5. What to ask: Could you please provide scientific justification as to how injecting a human being with a confirmed neurotoxin is beneficial to human health and prevents disease?

6. What to ask: Can you provide a risk/benefit profile on how the benefits of injecting a known neurotoxin exceeds its risks to human health for the intended goal of preventing disease?

Claim: Once an individual is injected with the foreign antigen in the vaccine, that individual becomes immune to future infections.

Fact: The claim is completely false.

7. What to ask: Could you please provide scientific justification on how bypassing the respiratory tract (or mucous membrane) is advantageous and how directly injecting viruses into the bloodstream enhances immune functioning and prevents future infections?

8. What to ask: Could you please provide scientific justification on how a vaccine would prevent viruses from mutating?

9. What to ask: Could you please provide scientific justification as to how a vaccination can target a virus in an infected individual who does not have the exact viral configuration or strain the vaccine was developed for?

All promoters of vaccination fail to realize that the respiratory tract of humans (actually all mammals) contains antibodies which initiates natural immune responses within the respiratory tract mucosa. Bypassing this mucosal aspect of the immune system by directly injecting viruses into the bloodstream leads to a corruption in the immune system itself. As a result, the pathogenic viruses or bacteria cannot be eliminated by the immune system and remain in the body, where they will further grow and/or mutate as the individual is exposed to ever more antigens and toxins in the environment which continue to assault the immune system.

Despite the injection of any type of vaccine, viruses continue circulating through the body, mutating and transforming into other organisms. The ability of a vaccine manufacturer to target the exact viral strain without knowing its mutagenic properties is equivalent to shooting a gun at a fixed target that has already been moved from its location. You would be shooting at what was, not what is!

Flu viruses, may mutate, change or adapt several times over a period of one flu season, making the seasonal influenza vaccine 100% redundant and ineffective every single flu season. Ironically, the natural immune defenses of the human body can target these changes but the vaccines cannot.

I have never encountered one pro-vaccine advocate, whether medically or scientifically qualified, who could answer even 1 let alone all 9 of these questions. One or all of the following will happen when debating any of the above questions:

- They will concede defeat and admit they are stumped

- They will attempt to discredit unrelated issues that do not pertain to the question.

- They will formulate their response and rebuttal based on historical arguments and scientific studies which have been disproved over and over again.

Not one pro-vaccine advocate will ever directly address these questions in an open mainstream venue.

IV. CONCLUSION
Petitioners have satisfied the legal requirements for proving that Elias’s December 26, 2000 DTaP vaccination was a legal cause of his epilepsy and death. Respondent has not overcome Petitioners’ evidence by proving an alternative cause. Therefore, I find that Petitioners have established entitlement to compensation under the Vaccine Act.

In a recent blog post by National Post writer Tamsin McMahon, is rather one-sided which is completely unjournalistic. There was no attempt to cover why the boy refused the vaccine, no coverage of the ample data illustrating vaccines are unsafe and in the end helps paint a picture that refusing to accept what the school is imposing will escalate to a problematic situation.

After reading this the message I see is that if you are not compliant you are a problem. That boy had every right to refuse the vaccine – regardless of any pro or con argument on vaccine efficacy. That boy was wrong to make a threat, but what are the details of the incident that resulted in the boy resorting to threatening? Was he the type of kid with a history of negative outbursts, or was he so pressured, scared or otherwise under duress to the point that he felt he had no other option?

Hepititis-B is transmitted via needle sharing and sex. What are the odds of a 12 year old picking up this virus? Sure, it’s possible, but the probability is so low that the province has no place administering vaccines for it, specially considering the amount of data that clearly illustrates vaccines are in fact harmful.

A good journalist would address these aspects of the story.

What a difference a year makes. It was around this time last year that swine flu hysteria was sweeping across the United States and much of the world, and one of the largest, most inappropriate and unnecessary vaccine campaigns was launched.

We were told by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the president of the United States that H1N1 swine flu was deadly  and millions might die worldwide. The terrifying, deadly pandemic that health officials had been expecting for over half a century was knocking at our doorstep … only it never materialized.

It didn’t take long for the truth to come out — that the swine flu was not only no more dangerous than regular flu but it was FAR less dangerous. Nevertheless, government agencies remained steadfast in their urgings to get vaccinated.

Swine Flu is a Mild Virus, and the Pandemic was a Fake

Now we have even more evidence of swine flu’s mild nature, as a new report in JAMA found that serious complications were no more likely in adults and kids with swine flu than they were in those with regular seasonal flu.

This is an important finding to further solidify that the 2009 swine flu pandemic will likely go down as one of the most massive cover-ups in American history … but it is really not new information.

Within a week of Australia reporting that the swine flu virus appeared to be 40 times less lethal than originally feared, the World Health Organization (WHO) instructed countries to simply stop lab confirming suspected H1N1 cases, which meant that any and all flu-like symptoms were reported as pandemic influenza, padding the statistics.

It was only June 11, 2009 when WHO raised its swine flu pandemic alert from a 5 to a 6. By this time the swine flu virus was alreadyshowing itself to have mild symptoms, quick recovery time, and low incidence of death among the vast majority of H1N1 patients throughout the world.

Yet all the drug companies needed to begin shipping out their profitable new H1N1 vaccine across the world was for the swine flu to be kicked up one notch, from a phase 5 to a phase 6 pandemic … and that is exactly what they got.

Suspicious?

That’s putting it mildly considering the very same “scientists,” and I use that term lightly, who advised the WHO on their decisions were paid consultants with the drug industry.

Even before this revelation, the Council of Europe, European Parliament, and even the WHO itself had launched investigations to determine exactly what role the drug companies played in the swine flu debacle, and how deeply Big Pharma’s tentacles reach into the World Health Organization.

In a motion asking the council to investigate the declaration of H1N1 as a pandemic, these members accused pharmaceutical companies of faking the pandemic and farming it out to the world, so they could fill their pockets with the proceeds.

As I have said from the very beginning, this so-called pandemic was never a pandemic in the true sense. Despite rampant misrepresentation of the facts, last year’s flu season turned out to be one of the mildest in recent years!

The Swine Flu May be a Memory … but the Vaccine is Still Here

The flu vaccine that’s being widely promoted in the United States this year is a combination vaccine that contains a type A and type B seasonal flu strain as well as the pandemic H1N1 type A swine flu strain of influenza. This is despite the fact that many Americans have now been exposed to H1N1 swine flu and have some natural immunity to it.

But while the swine flu is mild for most people, the vaccine has been causing a host of reactions in both children and adults.

According to Barbara Loe Fisher of the National Vaccine Information Center, a special government committee has been created to investigate last year’s H1N1 monovalent H1N1 swine flu vaccine for signs that it may be associated with a higher rate of certain kinds of reactions. What the committee found out provisionally is that there were three signs of trouble with the H1N1 swine flu vaccine used last year.

In a recent NVIC video update, Fisher explained:
“One was Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), which we know has been associated with influenza vaccine since 1976 when the first swine flu vaccine was used.
There is [also] a sign of a blood disorder called thrombocytopenia. Thrombocytopenia is when your blood cannot produce enough platelets. It’s an autoimmune type reaction.
The other is Bell’s palsy. That’s a facial paralysis. It’s a neuroimmune reaction.

The government is saying they don’t know if these are true signals or not, but there were some red flags that were raised.”
Sweden and Finland also recently sounded the alarm because young patients suddenly developed narcolepsy after being vaccinated with the H1N1 swine flu vaccine. France, Germany and Norway have also started counting cases, and the EU has launched an investigation.

Earlier this year, Australia suspended use of its seasonal flu vaccine for children under the age of 5 back in April after detecting anabnormal number of side effects within 12 hours of vaccination, compared to previous years. The vaccine contained three strains of influenza, including the H1N1 swine flu vaccine. Side effects included high fevers and seizures.

Despite outstanding questions about the safety of this year’s seasonal influenza vaccine containing the reactive H1N1 swine flu component, including warning signs from Australia and Europe about seizures and other neurological complications, the United States is now moving into the 2010-2011 flu season using a flu vaccine that may be very reactive.

“I am concerned,” Fisher says. “We have over 300 million people [in the US] who… are supposed to get this influenza vaccine. And we have a very aggressive push by the media and others who are following the lead of the government, so we could have a bad situation.”

A Saner Option: Vitamin D

While the flu vaccine continues to be plagued with side effects and often misses the boat entirely on effectiveness, vitamin D continues to ward off the flu time and time again. And what many people do not know is that only about 20 percent of all “flu-like” illness in any given flu season is actually due to type A or type B influenza.

In fact, the CDC admits that only about 5 percent to 20 percent of Americans get seasonal influenza every year.

Most flu-like illness that causes chills, fever, body aches, sore throat, runny nose, cough and other “flu” symptoms is actually illness caused by other viruses and bacteria — not the influenza virus.

Typically, influenza is not a deadly disease for healthy people. Dying as a result of influenza is rare and most often occurs when elderly or immune compromised individuals suffer complications. A typical case of influenza in a healthy person often lasts about a week and improves with plenty of bed rest, fluids to remain hydrated and proper nutrition.

The vast majority of so-called “influenza deaths” are in fact due to bacterial pneumonia — a potential complication of the flu if your immune system is too weak. Other complications can include ear- or sinus infections, dehydration, and worsening of chronic health conditions.

The annual flu shot will not protect you against coming down with flu-like illness caused by other viruses or bacteria (remember, 80 percent of all flu-like illness in any flu season is NOT caused by the influenza virus). And for many people the flu shot will not protect against coming down with influenza as studies have shown the flu shot is often ineffective at preventing influenza.

And the influenza vaccine could, in some instances, lower your resistance to infections, which could spell serious trouble, especially if your vitamin D levels are also low.

A Japanese study from last year showed that a group of children taking vitamin D3 was 58 percent less likely to catch influenza A. That’s a higher effectiveness than any flu vaccine can claim, and doesn’t come with a barrage of potentially devastating side effects!

More and more studies about the effectiveness of vitamin D in preventing infections, disease, and flu are coming out all the time, but most adults, children and teenagers and the elderly are vitamin D-deficient.

So I urge you to get your whole family’s vitamin D levels tested, and if found deficient, follow my recommendations for optimizing your levels. Do this, and you’ll be far less likely to catch any type of flu this year.
